Recommended Studios.

Yoga continues to get more popular for good reason. Yoga enables us to zone out daily troubles and get a fantastic workout. However, there are other exercises that bring the same concept to light. I have had the opportunity of locating some great gyms and studios that offer yoga and more. Spinning, Pilates and Zumba are others that should be incorporated in a daily life.

Decorate.

When we put together an outfit, let's face it, we don't always think of the accessories. If you are to wear a black tank top and denim jeans or leggings, it's amazing how a simple scarf or long necklace will turn the outfit from simple to elegant. If you plan on going on a day trip with friends, it's super easy to bring along these elements and be prepared for any occasion.

For the perfect scarf, we have the site for you. Launched by two best friends, Ash&Dans brings class and hip to a new level. Their material include lace, velvet, jersey, and more. They even offer hats, cardigans, and necklaces. Every item is hand designed with perfection. Worn by Gossip Girl stars and recently found in Oprah's magazine. We want to show respect to small businesses and praise their hard work

Exercise Song for the Day:

Besides the fact I have a slight addiction to the band Muse, they are one of the most fantastic workout bands. The heavy rock beats and instrumental solos bring fun and energy to a workout. Hysteria is just one song that will do the trick. Pick up a Muse album and you will find most songs are great to work out to.

Water.

I have come across one of the most simple techniques to loose weight. Now after mentioned,  I am sure the response will be, "duh." However, most people do not stick with it. For a long time, I enjoyed an occasional soda, lemonade, iced tea, and other great drinks. However, I noticed when I cut those drinks out and only drank water, I was at a comfortable weight.

Water is beneficial in many ways, not just body weight. Water is fantastic for a clear complexion. For a while, I was having breakouts and wondering why, with no history of bad skin. I spoke with my skin care specialist and she asked about my water intake. She explained that  water keeps our system flushed out and moisturizes it from the inside.

Water enhances health, increases energy, brightens the eyes, flushes toxins, improves circulation and blood flow.
The Mayo Clinic recommends an 8x8 guideline: 8 glasses, 8 ounces each of fluid a day.
Moderation is important for everything.

Here are some tips if a water only diet is out of the question. Do not purchase soda or other similar drinks for the household. Try to only drink those type drinks for special occasions. For example when you go out for a dinner or a family function. It might be difficult, but if stuck to, the results are incredible.

Exercise Song for the Day.

If you want a funky and fresh sound that will motivate you, La Roux is a great artist to workout to. Her  electronic beats bring fun to any workout. Personally, I want music that builds my confidence, which allows me to zone out. This takes away the  reminder of the intense workout I am engaging in.

Greatest Accessories for Yoga:

As a yoga girl, I have come across my fair share when it comes to yoga trends. I don't rely too much on looking the part, rather focus more on comfort. However, I have found some essential items that are comfortable, stylish, and within a budget. Sign me up!!!

Yoga Bag:

The LULULEMON Effortless TOTE Gym Mat Bag is a definite must. The bag is $142 and is well with the price. Now, I know for the price of it, you could name off the items of things to buy, however, listen first. In the back of this bag, there are two slits to secure the folded yoga mat. The inside of the bag is the special part. There are 3 separate compartments, in addition to a separate bag for dirty workout wear. This bag can be used for exercise, traveling, or during the day. The bag is sold out at LULULEMON stores because it's such a hot item, but I found it sold on Ebay. And with research, I am sure you can come across the bag.

As much as I love LULULEMON, the prices are extremely high and I cannot necessarily afford $80 pants or $50 tops. So I have come across a great site that provides both workout and casual wear clothing. The name of the company is Wear Me Out Clothing and I cannot get enough of their clothes. The prices range from $20-$50. Definitely within a budget.
I have both the tank and pants below, and love them. Wear Me Out uses a supplex material that is super soft and manages moisture perfectly. I take Core Power yoga, which is set in a super warm climate, so the supplex fabric is perfect.

Contrast Rolldown Capri: $48.99                              Racerback Tank: $38.99

I also love Wear Me Out Clothing's casual wear because they are great to put on after sweating hardcore in yoga. I also wear them walking down the street. And for the price, I have one in every color.

 Mineral Wash Rolldown: $42.99

This is not the first time I will mention this company, especially because they constantly add new things to their website.

If you mention this blog to Wear Me Out Clothing, look forward to a 10% discount off your order.

After a hard and sweaty workout, besides drinking loads of water, a new canned drink has entered hipster-ville: Coconut Water. C2O is personally my favorite brand. Inside the can, natural occurring electrolytes help impact sodium heavy diets. Coconut water will hydrate, and hold the body's electrolyte balance in place. It contains no gluten, no fat, no additives, no sweetneres, and no preservatives. It's super delicious and refreshing. Bring a can and join the trend of coconut water.

Celebrities are up on the trend too.

Yoga Mat.

Choosing your yoga mat is extremely important, because you are placing most of your body weight on it, and will spend the entire class on the mat. Spending a little more money for a better mat is highly recommended. However, Target sells Yoga Mats for $20. The mat is fairly thin, but will do the trick until ready for a different mat.

I received my yoga mat from Gaiam and absolutely love it. The prices of mats range from $15-$25. The online site is constantly having sales, which allows the price of their items to decrease immensely. The image below is the exact replica I have and love.
